Subscriptions

Epicly subscriptions are managed from the Subscription tab in the app. Stripe securely handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, renewals, and cancellations.

1. Open the Subscription tab inside the app.
2. Choose the plan that matches your table size and expected session volume.
3. Complete checkout in Stripe using your preferred payment method.
4. Return to Epicly after checkout. Your plan and session allowance update automatically.

Need to update your plan? Revisit the Subscription tab and choose a different option. Epicly syncs your subscription status after checkout so your allowance reflects the active plan.

Need to cancel? Use the Stripe customer portal from the Subscription tab. Your current plan remains available through the end of the paid billing period, then Epicly returns your account to the free plan.
